PENLER Acquires The Tomlin: A Premier Residential Community in Snellville’s Transformative Grove at Towne Center
In October 2024, PENLER completed the acquisition of The Tomlin, a 288-unit wrap style apartment complex at 2250 Oak Road, Snellville, GA 30078. The Property provides a vibrant and well-rounded lifestyle, featuring a 24-hour fitness center, co-working space and conference room, a saltwater pool with sundeck and cabanas, and a stunning 2nd-floor terrace with patio seating.
The Property features bright and spacious open-concept floor plans in each unit, designed with gourmet kitchens that offer either granite or quartz countertops. The units come equipped with stainless steel appliances and shaker-style cabinetry with soft-close hardware. Some units include large kitchen islands with bar seating. Energy-efficient LED light fixtures are installed throughout the homes, and sophisticated plank flooring is available in select units. Every unit comes with a high efficiency front-loading washers and dryers, and many units also offer large terraces or balconies for outdoor living space.
The Tomlin is strategically located as part of the broader mixed-used development known as The Grove at Towne Center, which is a transformative $140 million project with 143,000 square feet aimed at creating a new downtown hub for the city. The medical center is intended to provide convenient healthcare access for the local community and is one of the significant anchor institutions in the development.
