192 Luxury Rental Units

In December of 2022, after a 15 month re-zoning effort, Penler acquired 18 acres in southern Cherokee County on Hwy 92 between I-75 and I-575. The area benefits from median household incomes 32% above the Atlanta MSA, median home values at nearly $400k, great schools and a growing, well-educated population. 

The Brookstone consists of 192 luxury rental units, a 6,000 square foot clubhouse with an expansive pool deck, fitness center, lounge and leasing center. The development offers several community lawns and a dog park. The homes feature direct unit entry, quartz countertops, luxury stainless appliances, plank flooring and high-end lighting and plumbing fixtures.  

In July of 2024, Penler completed The Brookstone nearly one month ahead of schedule and $1mm under budget.  The project is on pace to reach a stabilized occupancy at the end of 2024.
