In August 2024, PENLER acquired Reserve Decatur, a four-story mid-rise apartment surfaced-parked community, located at 2600 Milscott Drive, Decatur, GA 30033. The property offers residents a host of modern amenities, including stylish reception and lounge areas with TVs, a cyber café with high-speed WiFi and a coffee bar, and a conference room with a kitchen. Residents also have access to a fitness center with top-tier cardio equipment, a game lounge, and a custom saltwater swimming pool featuring fountains and sunshelves. Outdoor amenities include a poolside kitchen cabana bar, a rooftop lounge with a presentation kitchen, and a secondary outdoor kitchen with fireplaces and a TV overlooking a landscaped courtyard. Additional features include a bocce ball court, playground, dog park and spa, controlled access, and elevator-accessible buildings.
Reserve Decatur is located in the Decatur/North Druid Hills submarket of Atlanta, a prime area supported by key demand drivers such as Emory University, Emory University Hospital, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA).
